True Comfort Care was born from a simple, powerful desire: to do better in healthcare. Our founder and CEO, Kelly Cravotta, saw firsthand the gaps in care while working as a nursing educator in transitional care, the emergency room, and as a senior clinical educator for long-term care. She witnessed the struggles families and individuals faced—barriers that no one should have to navigate alone.

From those experiences, a vision took shape: one rooted in education, empowerment, and compassion. Kelly recognized that real change begins with knowledge. By preparing students, individuals, employees and caregivers with the tools, understanding, and empathy needed; we can build a future where every individual receives the care they deserve.
