In-Home & Community Support
Serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need assistance with personal care, safety, or communication. Support focuses on developing or strengthening self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills.
In-Home Respite Care
Provides short-term medical or non-medical support for families caring for a person with disabilities, giving caregivers time away while their loved one receives dependable support at home.
Companion Care
Provides supervision and assistance focused on the health, safety, and well-being of adults age 18 and older with developmental disabilities who live at home.
Family Medical Support Assistance
Our nursing staff helps individuals and families coordinate appointments, navigate medical concerns, support hospital discharge, identify barriers to care, and connect with appropriate resources.
Community Participation Support
Helps people with intellectual disabilities engage more fully in their communities through individualized training, guidance, and meaningful community-based activities.
Supported Employment
Helps individuals pursue career goals through personalized support, training, and ongoing assistance designed to promote successful employment outcomes.
